Mortgage advice

Mortgage advice that fits your life, not just a lender's checklist

Whether you are buying your first home, moving, remortgaging or investing, we find the right deal from a comprehensive range of lenders and stay with you for the life of it.

How we can help

Advice for every stage of home ownership

First-time buyers

Your first home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. We explain every step, from deposits and schemes to the day you get the keys.

Moving home

Porting your current deal, borrowing more or starting fresh. We work out the best route and keep your move on track.

Remortgaging

Coming to the end of a fixed rate? We compare the market well before it ends, so you do not drift onto a higher standard rate.

Product transfers

Already with us? We check a new deal with your existing lender against the wider market, so you know it is the right call.

Buy to let

For new and experienced landlords, including consumer buy to let, with lenders that suit your rental plans.

Self-build

Building your own home in Northern Ireland? We find lenders that release funds in stages as the build progresses.

Borrowing into retirement? We can advise on interest-only borrowing into retirement. If a lifetime mortgage may suit you better, we can introduce you to an appropriately qualified specialist.
Why the right advice matters

The cheapest rate is not always the right mortgage

Fees, term, overpayment limits, early repayment charges and how a lender treats your income all change what a mortgage really costs you. We look at the whole picture.

  • A comprehensive range of lenders from across the market
  • Lenders that understand self-employed, contractor and complex income
  • We handle the paperwork and chase solicitors, lenders and agents
  • Protection considered at the same time, so nothing is missed
  • A review before your deal ends, every time

Mortgage fees range from £0 to £495 and are payable on application. The fee is not refundable if your mortgage does not go ahead.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Debt consolidation can increase the total amount you repay and the length of time you repay it over.

The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate most Buy to Let mortgages.
